David Short

David Short is a Managing Principal at KSQ Design with more than four decades of experience in architecture and leadership. Since joining the firm in 1993, he has been instrumental in expanding KSQ's national higher education practice, leading the design of student housing and campus facilities on more than 50 campuses across the country. He believes architecture is about more than buildings—it's about creating environments that strengthen communities and enrich lives.

Armand Quadrini is a Managing Principal at KSQ Design and has played a key role in the firm's growth since joining in 2004 to establish its New York office. With extensive experience in K-12 education and complex institutional projects, he is recognized for building lasting client relationships and leading collaborative teams that deliver thoughtful, high-performing environments.
