With more than 40 years of experience, Mark Saccoccio has led the design of award-winning commercial, academic, and civic projects throughout his career. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to design excellence, he has built a reputation for creating impactful environments that serve both clients and communities. A respected leader within the profession, Mark has served as President of AIA Rhode Island and received the NCARB President's Medal for his contributions to architecture. His dedication to service extends beyond design through leadership roles with numerous community and nonprofit organizations across Rhode Island.

Principal Steve Guglielmo has been in the field for over 38 years. Steve brings design leadership and a deep commitment to excellence, backed by his LEED accreditation. His expertise has been the driving force behind numerous multi-million-dollar projects, many of which have garnered prestigious awards. Steve has successfully designed a diverse range of facilities, including academic institutions, medical centers, public safety buildings, civic spaces, and commercial properties. Beyond his professional achievements, Steve has demonstrated commitment to his community as the former Board Chair of the Cranston YMCA and remains actively engaged in various community and professional organizations.
